Job Title: Senior Supervisor – Dispatch

Location: Odhav, Ahmedabad

Experience Required: 5–6 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 Net per Month

Shift: 10 Hours (Day / Night Shift)

Job Summary:

Senior Supervisor – Dispatch to manage dispatch operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in OEM and export dispatch processes, inventory control, team handling, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise complete dispatch operations for OEMs and Export shipments

Ensure proper packing material selection as per product and client requirements

Maintain and monitor controlled inventory of packing materials

Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams for timely dispatch

Handle and supervise a team of 20–25 manpower

Ensure proper documentation for domestic and export shipments

Maintain accurate entries in ERP or other software systems

Prepare reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Implement and maintain 5S standards in the dispatch area

Ensure timely loading, documentation, and dispatch compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Graduate

Strong knowledge of dispatch activities for OEM & Export

Experience in packing material management and inventory control

Good working knowledge of ERP systems

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong leadership and manpower handling ability

Knowledge of 5S implementation

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in dispatch or logistics

Experience in manufacturing industry preferred

Ability to work in rotational shifts (10-hour shift)

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
