Job Description
Job Title: Service Coordinator
- Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to CCTV and security alarm products.
- Assist customers in resolving product-related issues over call.
- Coordinate between customers and technicians for service requests.
- Schedule technician visits and ensure timely service completion.
- Follow up regularly with both customer and technician until the issue is fully resolved.
- Maintain service records, complaints, and updates in the system.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support to customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
- Requirements:- Basic knowledge of CCTV / security systems is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused approach.
- 1 year of experienced candidates can apply.
