Job Description
Job Title: Service Coordinator / AMC Support Executive – Security Systems
Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and technically aware Service Coordinator / AMC Support Executive to manage AMC operations, technician coordination, and customer support for security and surveillance systems. The candidate will handle client complaints, assign service calls, coordinate with field technicians, and ensure timely resolution of issues related to CCTV Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems, and Access Control Systems.
The role involves regular communication with bank branches and government clients, maintaining service records, and ensuring smooth execution of AMC and breakdown support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client calls, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate with field technicians for service visits and issue resolution.
- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities and schedules.
- Maintain complaint logs, service reports, and closure records.
- Follow up with technicians and clients for timely call closure.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance visits for client locations.
- Prepare and maintain service documentation, reports, and AMC records.
- Communicate professionally with government bank officials and branch staff.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior technical teams.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely response to client complaints.
- Support office operations related to service and maintenance activities.
Systems Knowledge
- CCTV Surveillance Systems

- Video Door Phones & Related Security Systems
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Security Systems preferred.
- Ability to manage technicians and service schedules.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple service calls.
- Good documentation and follow-up skills.
Eligibility
- Graduate / Diploma Holder / ITI preferred.
- Experience in security systems or service coordination will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and technical understanding may also apply.
