Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Ensure proper documentation (GRN, delivery challans, stock registers, etc.)
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely procurement requests
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams
- Maintain FIFO/LIFO practices as required
- Handle inward and outward logistics efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store
- Prevent material loss, damage, or pilferage
