Position: Team Leader – Fintech Sales
Salary: ₹50,000 In-Hand + Incentives
Location: Ahmedabad
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Experience Required:
• Minimum 3 years experience as Team Leader in Fintech Industry
• Must have experience handling team of 10+ FOS / Field Executives
• Experience in QR Code / Sound Box / POS sales mandatory
Important Requirement:
• Candidate must join with team of minimum 10 field sales executives (FOS)
• Active fintech sales team preferred
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and drive field sales team performance
• Handle merchant acquisition for QR & Sound Box
• Achieve team sales targets
• Monitor daily productivity and reporting
• Train and support team members in field activities
• Maintain strong market presence and merchant relationships
Preferred Companies:
Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Pine Labs, MobiKwik, Razorpay etc.
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
