Team Member - Revenue Assurance

Responsibilities

1. Revenue Accuracy & Leakage Prevention

• Ensure all services provided to customers are accurately billed and collected.
• Identify, prevent, and correct revenue leakage across the organization.
• Perform root cause analysis for discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

2. End-to-End Revenue Lifecycle Monitoring

• Oversee the entire revenue cycle: customer acquisition, service provisioning, billing, collections, and disconnection.
• Validate data integrity and system configurations in collaboration with IT and billing teams.

3. Process Development & Compliance

• Develop and manage revenue assurance processes to ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and quality management systems (QMS).

4. Audits & Reporting

• Conduct audits on billing systems, customer accounts, service activations, and promotions.
• Prepare and submit timely revenue reports, debt aging reports, and KPIs related to revenue assurance.

5. Risk Management & Controls

• Implement controls to detect and prevent transactional discrepancies.
• Design and maintain reporting tools to track key revenue indicators and anomalies.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Finance, Technology, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to safeguard revenue.
• Advise management on pricing strategies, tariffs, and revenue-related charges.

Qualifications

• MBA degree in Finance/CMA/CA Inter, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in revenue assurance, finance, or telecom/banking operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, BI tools).
• Knowledge of SAP and billing systems.
