HR & Admin Manager (Agriculture Industry) – Job Description
Handle recruitment and hiring for agriculture industry staff
Manage manpower planning for sales team, field staff, and office staff
Oversee employee joining, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Implement HR policies, discipline, and resolve employee grievances
Manage office administration, housekeeping, security, and maintenance
Handle vehicle management, travel bookings, and office assets
Coordinate with vendors and manage office purchases
Monitor team performance and support training activities
Ensure labor law and company compliance
Candidate should understand agriculture market and field staff requirements
Requirements: Agriculture / Agrochemical industry experience with HR & Admin background
Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Experience: 3–7 Years**
