Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Confirmation Executive to verify leads generated from social media advertisements. Your role is to call interested customers, introduce the company, understand their product requirements, collect the required information, and forward qualified leads to the sales or product team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call social media leads.
  • Introduce the company and explain the purpose of the call.
  • Understand customer requirements.
  • Update lead information accurately in the Excel.
  • Forward qualified leads to the concerned team.
  • Follow up with customers when required.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
  • Polite and confident on phone calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
