Ashirvad Consultancy is engaged in providing professional financial consulting services including working capital finance (CC/OD), term loans, machinery loans, asset-backed loans, project finance.
Position: Tele Caller (Female)
- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for loan products and consultancy services.
- Explain various financial products such as:
- SME Loans
- Working Capital Finance (CC/OD)
- Term Loans / Machinery Loans
- Project Finance
- Understand client requirements and schedule meetings for the sales/consulting team.
- Maintain and update client database and call records.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients for conversions.
- Handle basic client queries related to loan processes and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth processing of client cases.
Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Female (as per company requirement)
- Education: Minimum Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with basic financial knowledge can apply)
- Skills Required:Basic understanding of financial products and loans
- Good communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati required, English preferred)
- Tele-calling / customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
