Job Description

  1. Job Responsibilities : Call and verify leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  2. Understand customer requirements like: Product type, Product quantity, Packaging requirement, Brand name, Budget and timeline
  3. Update lead details in Excel or CRM, Follow up with clients through calls and WhatsApp, Forward qualified leads to the sales team.
  4. Can speak Hindi, Basic computer knowledge, Good follow-up and customer handling skills,
  5. Working Hours - Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 7:00 PM
