Job Description:

  1. Call and WhatsApp new leads and Verify if the inquiry is genuine.
  2. Understand what product the customer wants to manufacture.
  3. Ask basic questions about quantity, packaging, and timeline.
  4. Update lead details in CRM or Excel.
  5. Follow up with interested customers.
  6. Pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  7. Maintain proper records of all inquiries.
