Job Description
📌 Job Title: Telecalling Executive📍 Location: Ahmedabad (or your location)📝 Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Generate leads and follow up regularly
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
- 🧑💼 Requirements:Minimum 10th / 12th pass or Graduate
- Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling software)
- Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
- Freshers can apply (experience is a plus)
