Job Description
Engage with pre-qualified leads through calls and follow-ups, focusing on meaningful conversations rather than call volume
Conduct career-oriented counseling for aviation aspirants, explaining DGCA ground classes, eligibility pathways (including NIOS), timelines, and career prospects
Assess student profiles, intent, and seriousness before recommending suitable programs
Build trust and rapport with students and parents, especially from premium and niche segments
Confidently handle objections related to pricing, duration, and career outcomes with logic and empathy
Maintain accurate records of interactions, counseling notes, and follow-up actions in the CRM
Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students
Represent the brand values of FMS Aviation Academy—transparency, integrity, and quality guidance
