Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

 Handle customer inquiries professionally

 Share product/service information with clients

 Follow up on leads and customer requirements

 Maintain call records and customer database

 Coordinate with the sales team when required

 Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Required Skills

 Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or Gujarati

 Basic computer knowledge

 Confidence in speaking with customers

 Good convincing and follow-up skills

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn
