Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Telemarketer who can effectively communicate with customers, generate leads, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong convincing skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales opportunities
  • Explain company products and services clearly and persuasively
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and client follow-ups
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
