Telemarketing Manager

We are seeking a experienced Process Associate. The executive will engage with the in-bound inquiries, provide information about the offered programs for kids. Key responsibilities include initiating outbound calls, addressing inquiries, guiding prospects in decision-making, book appointments for visits, maintaining records, and following up diligently to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication and Active Listening skills for conveying information and understanding customer needs.
• Proficiency in Rapport Building and Customer Relationship Management to maintain positive interactions with clients.
• Organisational and Time Management skills to handle multiple client queries and follow-ups effectively.
• Working in Education sector will be an advantage
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities to support and guide customers effectively.
• Fluency in Gujarati, English, Hindi, and/or regional languages is preferred.
• Previous experience in tele-counseling, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field is recommended.
