Job Description

Sales Executive (Australian solar process-Ahmedabad)

Shift- 4am to 1pm

Fixed Pay -3.6LPA to 5LPA

Variable Pay Up to 5 LPA, settled quarterly based on kW achievement

Training -4-week structured training before independent customer handling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Speak with Australian customers and understand their solar and battery requirements.

• Use a consultative sales approach to qualify leads and recommend suitable packages.

• Explain solar savings, battery benefits, process steps and documentation requirements clearly.

• Handle customer objections professionally and build trust through accurate communication.

• Maintain CRM updates, follow-up discipline and complete customer records.

• Coordinate internally for quotes, documentation, approval stages and post-sale handover.

• Work towards monthly and quarterly kW-based sales targets.

• MBA/PGDM students specializing in Marketing, Sales, International Business, Retail or      related streams.

• Excellent English communication with confidence for phone/video conversations.
