Job Title: Unit Manager – Agency Channel

Role PurposeThe Unit Manager is responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors/agents to generate business through the Agency Channel and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Team Building

• Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors/agents
• Conduct interviews and select suitable candidates
• Activate licensed advisors and maintain active advisor base

2. Training & Development

• Provide product and sales training to advisors
• Support agents in the field (joint calls)
• Motivate and guide advisors to achieve business goals

3. Sales & Business Development

• Drive life insurance sales through agency advisors
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Generate leads through personal network and references
• Develop new business opportunities in the local market

4. Advisor Management

• Monitor advisor performance and productivity
• Help advisors close sales and resolve client objections
• Maintain long-term relationship with advisors

5. Customer Relationship

• Assist advisors in client meetings
• Ensure proper policy documentation and compliance
• Provide after-sales support and service
• Eligibility CriteriaAge: 23 – 32 years
• Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Cross Sales / BFSI / Life Insurance / Field Sales
