Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a Waiter/Steward to provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should be friendly, efficient, and passionate about hospitality.

  • Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high hygiene standards.
  • Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations when needed.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Process bills and payments accurately.
  • Follow all safety and hygiene regulations.
