Field Sales Executive

Location: Maharashtra (Multiple Locations)

Industry: FMCG / Agriculture (Foxnut, Pesticides, Fertilizers , Agriculture Seeds, Tablets/Capsules , Syrups , Personal Care , Sprayers, Herbicides ,etc.)

About the Role

Top Hawks is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive who will be responsible for on-ground sales, retailer onboarding, and market expansion across Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra. The candidate will work closely with local distributors, retailers, and dealers to grow the company’s presence on our digital platform.

Key Responsibilities

·     Conduct field visits to retailers, dealers, and distributors

·     Onboard shops/retailers onto the company’s mobile/web application

·     Promote FMCG and agricultural products (Foxnut, Pesticides, Fertilizers , Agriculture Seeds, Tablets/Capsules , Syrups , Personal Care , Sprayers, Herbicides , etc.)

·     Build relationships with retailers and channel partners

·     Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

·     Educate retailers about product benefits and app usage

·     Identify new business opportunities

·     Collect market feedback and competitor insights

·     Ensure visibility and branding at retail outlets

Requirements

·     1–4 years of field sales experience (FMCG / Agri preferred)

·     Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

·     Knowledge of local markets

·     Fluency in Hindi and regional language (Marathi preferred)

·     Must own a two-wheeler

·     Willingness to travel extensively

Salary & Benefits

CTC: 1.44 LPA + Incentives (6000-10000) + Travel Allowances (2000-2500)
