Job Title: Sales Executive – TilesLocation: [City/Region]Industry: Building Materials / Ceramics / TilesJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of tiles (ceramic, vitrified, wall & floor tiles) by developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and builders. The candidate should have a good understanding of the local market and a passion for achieving sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and retailers
  • Generate new business opportunities in residential and commercial projects
  • Meet architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders for product promotion
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct product presentations and site visits
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
  • Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth delivery
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in tile, sanitaryware, or building materials sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of local market and dealer network
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in ceramic/vitrified tiles sales
  • Existing network with dealers, architects, and builders
  • Field sales experience is a must
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Monthly sales volume and revenue
  • New dealer acquisition
