Sales Co-ordinator

Job Description – Sales Coordinator (ATWPL)

Coordinate with the sales team for preparation and submission of quotations, proposals, and tender documents.

Maintain customer enquiry records, quotation registers, and follow-up trackers.

Follow up with customers regarding quotation status, purchase orders, and payment updates.

Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, and Dispatch departments for order execution.

Prepare sales reports, enquiry reports, order booking reports, and management MIS.

Update customer information, project details, and sales activities in CRM/ERP systems.

Assist in arranging customer meetings, site visits, online presentations, and exhibitions.

Monitor order progress and ensure timely communication of project status to customers.

Maintain all sales-related documents, contracts, correspondence, and records systematically.

Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets by ensuring efficient coordination and customer service.
