Job Description

  • We are hiring for Canada client, a dynamic and highly organized Personal Secretary to support a Canada-based client.



Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate with factories across India (Ambur, Delhi, Agra, etc.) and provide weekly progress reports.
  • Manage meetings and business communications.
  • Work closely with the client during visits to India and travel with him accompany them on domestic/international travel when required.
  • Stay in Ambur for approximately one week per month to monitor production and coordinate with factory teams.
  • Be available for meetings and communication during Canadian business hours.




Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree Fresher or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Valid Passport (Mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally.
  • Flexible to work according to Canadian time zones.



Note: All official travel, accommodation, and related expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
