Job Description
- We are hiring for Canada client, a dynamic and highly organized Personal Secretary to support a Canada-based client.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with factories across India (Ambur, Delhi, Agra, etc.) and provide weekly progress reports.
- Manage meetings and business communications.
- Work closely with the client during visits to India and travel with him accompany them on domestic/international travel when required.
- Stay in Ambur for approximately one week per month to monitor production and coordinate with factory teams.
- Be available for meetings and communication during Canadian business hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Fresher or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid Passport (Mandatory).
- Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally.
- Flexible to work according to Canadian time zones.
Note: All official travel, accommodation, and related expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
