Hotel Staff

Cape House is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Hospitality All-Rounder to support the day-to-day operations of our luxury property. The ideal candidate should be flexible, responsible, and willing to assist across multiple departments including guest service, housekeeping, and property support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general hospitality services.

Provide food and beverage service as required.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.

Support housekeeping operations including room preparation and linen management.

Purchase groceries, supplies, and other essentials from local markets when required.

Assist with luggage handling and guest requests.

Ensure property standards and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times.

Help with basic inventory management and stock replenishment.

Support the team during events, high-occupancy periods, and special occasions.

Perform other operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Physically fit and capable of handling operational tasks.

Prior experience in hospitality, housekeeping, service, or hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory.

Valid driving licence is an advantage.
