About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Relationship Manager (CASA) to drive the acquisition of Current Account and Savings Account customers. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, customer relationship management abilities, and experience in banking products and services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new CASA customers through field sales and networking activities.
• Generate leads from the local market, references, and existing customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Cross-sell banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, and Investment Products.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Conduct customer meetings and provide financial solutions based on their needs.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CASA Sales, Banking Sales, or Relationship Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of banking products and customer acquisition.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Local market knowledge of Amritsar will be preferred.
