Job Description:Nikita Jain & Associates is looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Manager for managing the accounting operations of a manufacturing company based in Asansol. The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete accounting function, supervising the accounts team, and ensuring smooth financial and compliance operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end accounting operations of the manufacturing company
• Take complete ownership and responsibility for the company’s accounting department
• Supervise, guide, and manage accounts executives and other accounting staff
• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records accurately
• Handle accounting related to manufacturing operations, inventory, costing, and stock reconciliation
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports
• Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliances, taxation matters, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor daily accounting activities, bank reconciliations, receivables, payables, and cash flow
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and management as required
• Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Implement and maintain proper accounting controls and processes
• Candidate Requirements:Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and manufacturing accounting processes
• Experience in managing an accounts team and handling accounting functions independently
• Knowledge of inventory accounting, costing, and manufacturing-related financial processes
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership and work independently
• Preferred Qualifications:B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA / Equivalent qualification
• Experience in manufacturing industry accounting preferred
• Prior experience handling complete accounts of a manufacturing unit will be an added advantage
