Real Estate Sales Executive

The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, conducting site visits, and closing property sales. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable projects, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, references, marketing campaigns, and walk-ins
• Contact potential customers and explain project details
• Understand client requirements (budget, location, property type)
• Schedule and conduct site visits / project presentations
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects
• Handle objections and negotiate deals
• Coordinate with CRM / telecalling team for lead management
• Maintain accurate client data and sales records
• Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Good negotiation ability
• Confidence and professional attitude
• Basic knowledge of real estate market & projects
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Experience in sales / real estate / telecalling is an advantage
