Job Description

Job Summary:

A Plastic Moulding Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining plastic moulding machines (such as injection, blow, or compression moulding machines) to produce high-quality plastic components according to specifications.

  • Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate plastic moulding machines (e.g., injection moulding, blow moulding).
  • Load raw plastic materials into machines and monitor production processes.
  • Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, speed) to ensure product quality.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and moulds.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to supervisors.
  • Maintain production records and logs.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Pack and label finished products as required.
