Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain dispatch records and update tracking details.
  2. Maintain dispatch records and update tracking details.
  3. Maintain proper communication with internal teams and customers.
  4. Candidates must know Tamil and Telugu languages.
  5. Hindi and basic English communication preferred.
  6. Manage daily employee cab dispatch and route coordination.
  7. Communicate with drivers regarding trip schedules and route updates.
  8. Coordinate with vendors and transport partners.
  9. Maintain transport records, trip sheets, and dispatch reports.
  10. Maintain proper communication with employees and the operations team.
