E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager / Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces.

We mainly deal in Household medical devices like Hearing aids, BP Monitors, Nebulizers, Glucometers amongst others.

The role involves end-to-end marketplace operations, including product listing management, catalog optimization, marketplace advertising, product visibility, and performance analysis on both platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Account Management (Amazon & Flipkart)

• Manage end-to-end seller account operations on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Panel
• Ensure compliance with Amazon & Flipkart marketplace policies and guidelines
• Handle account health, listing issues, and catalog-related escalations

Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon & Flipkart
• Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, specifications, images, and variations
• Perform regular listing audits to identify errors, suppression, or content gaps
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, attributes, and catalog structure

Marketplace Advertising & Visibility

• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
• Manage and optimize Flipkart Ads and promotional campaigns
• Improve product visibility, impressions, CTR, conversion rates, ACOS, and ROAS
• Plan and execute deals, discounts, and seasonal campaigns on both marketplaces

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and advertising metrics
• Track keyword rankings, organic visibility, and competitor performance
• Identify growth opportunities and implement continuous optimization strategies

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, pricing, and dispatch
• Prepare basic reports on sales, ads performance, and marketplace insights
• Support new product launches with end-to-end catalog setup

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon & Flipkart marketplaces
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Amazon PPC
• Strong working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Panel & Flipkart Ads
• Experience in catalog management, listing optimization, and keyword research
• Understanding of marketplace promotions, pricing, and deal structures
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in consumer electronics or similar categories is a plus
