Job Description
Job Summary:
The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing online sales channels, ensuring smooth operations across marketplaces and company websites, and driving online revenue growth. The role involves product listing, order management, coordination with logistics, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.)
- Ensure accurate product details including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory
- Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and ensure timely processing
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch team for smooth order fulfillment
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback on online platforms
- Track stock levels and coordinate with inventory team to avoid stock-outs
- Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics like sales, conversion rate, and visibility
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Optimize product listings using basic SEO techniques (keywords, titles, descriptions)
- Coordinate with marketing team for ads, banners, and campaigns
