Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our B2B customer base in the Manufacturing & Production sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting regular field visits, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new B2B business through field visits, cold calling, and market research.
• Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups from customers.
• Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate sales records.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to travel extensively for field sales.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good problem-solving and customer handling skills.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Field Sales.
• Experience in the Manufacturing & Production industry will be preferred.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
