Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecalling Executive for our Loan Recovery team. The candidate should have prior experience in collection or recovery calling and must be able to communicate effectively with customers to ensure timely loan repayments.

• Key Responsibilities Call customers regarding overdue loan payments.
• Follow up with customers and negotiate repayment plans.
• Convince customers to clear outstanding dues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Update collection status in the system after every call.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly recovery targets.
• Coordinate with field recovery executives whenever required.
• Handle customer queries professionally while following company policies.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in Loan Recovery, Collections, or Telecalling.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM).
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; basic English is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in NBFC, Banking, DSA, Collection Agency, or Loan Recovery Process.

• Positive attitude and customer handling ability.
