Job Description
- 🔹 जिम्मेदारियाँ (Hindi)ऑटोमेटिक बीम सॉ, पैनल सॉ और मल्टी बोरिंग मशीन चलाना
- प्लाई, MDF, पार्टिकल बोर्ड, लैमिनेट आदि की सटीक कटिंग करना
- मल्टी बोरिंग मशीन से ड्रिलिंग का काम करना (डिजाइन के अनुसार)
- कटिंग लिस्ट, ड्राइंग या BOQ देखकर काम करना
- मशीन में साइज, मोटाई और ड्रिलिंग पोजिशन सेट करना
- मटेरियल की बर्बादी कम करना और सही उपयोग करना
- पैनल की क्वालिटी और फिनिशिंग चेक करना
- मटेरियल को सुरक्षित तरीके से लोड/अनलोड करना
- मशीन की बेसिक मेंटेनेंस और छोटी समस्या ठीक करना
- सेफ्टी नियमों का पालन करना और जगह साफ रखना
- 🔹 आवश्यकताएँ (Hindi)बीम सॉ / पैनल सॉ / मल्टी बोरिंग मशीन का अनुभव
- कटिंग, ड्रिलिंग और माप की जानकारी
- ड्राइंग और कटिंग प्लान समझने की क्षमता
- मशीन सेटिंग और बेसिक मेंटेनेंस का ज्ञान
- मेहनती, जिम्मेदार और सेफ्टी का ध्यान रखने वाला
- 💰 वेतन (Salary):पैनल सॉ ऑपरेटर: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000
- मल्टी बोरिंग ऑपरेटर: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000
- बीम सॉ (ऑटोमेटिक) ऑपरेटर: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
- ResponsibilitiesOperate automatic beam saw, panel saw, and multi-boring machines
- Perform accurate cutting of plywood, MDF, particle board, laminate, etc.
- Carry out drilling work using a multi-boring machine as per design
- Work according to cutting lists, drawings, or BOQ
- Set machine parameters like size, thickness, and drilling positions
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper utilization
- Check panel quality and finishing
- Safely load and unload materials
- Perform basic machine maintenance and fix minor issues
- Follow safety rules and maintain a clean workspace
