Job Description
Job Summary
Rohit Cutting Tools (www.rigpl.com) is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Executive to support the sales team in lead management, quotation preparation, customer follow-ups, and coordination with dealers, distributors, and field sales personnel. The role requires excellent communication skills, prompt response management, and a strong focus on converting inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Customer Communication
- Manage incoming customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, Telegram, phone calls, email, and other communication channels and updating in ERP.
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer queries and product inquiries.
- Follow up regularly with customers and prospects to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates.
- Call and qualify new leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, exhibitions, referrals, website inquiries, and other sources.
Sales Coordination & Follow-Up
- Coordinate with the field sales team for lead allocation, customer visits, product trials, and business development activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding product trials, demonstrations, technical discussions, and sales visits conducted by the sales team.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to track project status, requirements, and purchase decisions.
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets through timely follow-ups and customer engagement.
Quotation Management
- Prepare quotations, offers, and related sales documents in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing, product specifications, and delivery commitments.
- Track all quotations issued and conduct systematic follow-ups to improve quotation-to-order conversion.
- Maintain records of quotations, revisions, customer feedback, and order status.
Dealer & Distributor Coordination
- Forward customer inquiries and sales leads to the respective regional sales executives, dealers, and distributors via email, WhatsApp, or other approved communication channels.
- Monitor lead status and ensure timely action by the concerned stakeholders.
- Support dealers and distributors with quotation requests, product information, and customer follow-ups.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields preferred).
- Experience1–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Inside Sales.
- Experience in industrial products, cutting tools, engineering products, manufacturing, or B2B sales will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Result-oriented approach with attention to detail.

- Lead response time.

- Quotation turnaround time.
- Quotation-to-order conversion support.
