Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Drive site visits, client interactions, and deal closures
• Monitor team performance including leads, site visits, conversions, and revenue
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business growth
• Ensure proper follow-ups with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams for lead generation and campaign execution
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies within the team

• Requirements:Minimum 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry
• Strong team handling and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good understanding of the Bangalore real estate market will be an added advantage

• Preferred Skills:Strong client handling and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage high-value transactions
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Compensation:As per industry standards + attractive incentives based on performance
