Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to manage accounting, office administration, and coordination of inward/outward material transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and prepare financial reports
• Help with GST, TDS, statutory filings, and support audits
• Support payroll and employee reimbursements
• Oversee daily office operations, records, and vendor coordination
• Arrange transportation for inward and outward materials; liaise with transporters
• Prepare delivery challans, e-way bills, and reconcile freight invoices
• Assist management with ad-hoc tasks and support smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting with 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and e-way bill compliance
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
