Looking for Apprentice / Freshers ITI Pass out – Refrigeration & Utility


Plant Location- Bavla


🎯 Purpose of Role To support operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems, utilities, and plant equipment ensuring smooth production and minimal downtime.


  • Apprentice (Trainee Role) / ITI Passed Out
  • Eligibility ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning


  • Fresher or 0–1 year experience


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in operation of refrigeration systems (Ammonia / Freon-based)
  • Support in preventive maintenance of compressors, chillers, cooling towers
  • Help in utility operations (boiler, air compressor, pumps)
  • Maintain daily log sheets & basic documentation
  • Follow safety & GMP practices
  • Work under guidance of senior technician


Learning Exposure Industrial refrigeration systems (Ice cream plant)


  • Breakdown handling basics
  • Utility & maintenance SOPs
