Accountant

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support our finance department with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong numerical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining books of accounts and financial records

• Record daily transactions in accounting software

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and purchase entries

• Support in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

• Assist with payroll data and expense tracking

• Maintain proper documentation for audits

• Coordinate with internal departments for financial information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience are welcome

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Familiarity with Tally / Busy / Zoho Books or similar software is preferred

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication and integrity
