Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant cum Office Assistant to handle day-to-day accounting tasks along with general office administration responsibilities. The candidate should be proficient in accounting software, documentation, communication, and office coordination.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting DutiesMaintain daily accounts and bookkeeping records
- Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, and vouchers
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory data as required
- Manage bank reconciliation and petty cash records
- Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
