Job Title: Admin Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification:Diploma / BBM / BBA


Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks along with basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and office administration.


Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating Day to day Admin activities.
  • Supporting HR and Accounts Activities.
  • Manage office operations and administrative activities
  • Coordinate with vendors and handle procurement of office supplies
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation
  • Assist in employee onboarding formalities and documentation
  • Handle travel arrangements and meeting coordination
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling both admin and accounts functions
