What You'll DoAs an Academic Counselor, you'll play a critical role in helping students and parents make informed learning decisions while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities●             Connect with prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls.

●             Counsel families on Company's K-10 learning programs and recommend the right solutions based on student needs.

●             Own the complete sales journey—from lead engagement and relationship building to successful enrollment.

●             Build trust by clearly explaining course offerings, learning outcomes, pricing, and program benefits.

●             Consistently achieve weekly and monthly admission and revenue targets.

●             Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities.

●             Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales updates in the CRM.

●             Share regular performance reports with the Team Leader and proactively identify opportunities to improve conversions.

●             Deliver an exceptional counseling experience that reflects Company's commitment to student success.

Who We're Looking

For●             Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language.

●             Good understanding of the K-10 education segment and student learning needs.

●             Proven ability to handle end-to-end sales and consistently achieve targets.

●             Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

●             Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

●             Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.

●             Prior experience in EdTech or education sales is preferred but not mandatory.

●             Must own a laptop for work.
