Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Head to manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations for our rice business. The candidate will be responsible for stock handling, inward and outward material management with cash handling, maintaining records, supervising labour, and ensuring smooth dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inward and outward movement of rice bags and related materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
• Verify quantity and quality during goods receipt and dispatch.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities with labour and transporters.
• Ensure proper stacking, storage, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages immediately.
• Prepare dispatch challans, delivery notes, and stock reports.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and purchase departments.
• Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) stock movement practices.
• Supervise warehouse staff and maintain discipline and safety standards.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
• Handle customer or transporter queries related to dispatches.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
• Ability to maintain records in Excel / ERP / billing software.
• Good communication ( Kannada Complusory) and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of rice varieties is preferred.
• Leadership and team management ability.

Qualification:

• PUC / Degree preferred.
• Experience in warehouse/store handling preferred.
• Experience:2–5 years experience in rice mill, wholesale, FMCG, or warehouse operations preferred.

Working Hours:

• As per company operations.

Salary:

• Based on experience and qualifications.

• Ability to handle pressure during peak sales / dispatch periods.
