Position: Backend Executive – Vending Machine Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Backend Executive to support our vending machine operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational records, managing invoices, tracking machine-related data, preparing reports, and supporting business analysis activities. The ideal candidate should be strong in Excel/data handling and capable of maintaining accurate backend documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update daily operational sheets for vending machine activities.

Prepare and raise invoices accurately and on time.

Monitor stock, sales, collections, and machine performance data.

Maintain MIS reports and operational dashboards.

Analyze vending machine data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.

Coordinate with operations, finance, and field teams for smooth workflow.

Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation of records.

Generate periodic reports for management review.

Handle backend support related to vendors, clients, and machine servicing records.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting).

Basic to intermediate data analysis skills.

Good understanding of invoice preparation and documentation.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to manage large datasets and prepare reports efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in backend operations, MIS, invoicing, or data analysis.

Experience in vending machine operations/FMCG/retail backend is an added advantage.
