We are looking for a dynamic Purchase Executive who can efficiently manage procurement, inventory planning, and vendor coordination to support our growing operations.

Job Summary

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing procurement activities, inventory forecasting, packaging coordination, and vendor management. The role requires close coordination with third-party manufacturers, packaging suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted stock availability and smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Source and procure materials, packaging items, and supplies as per business requirements.
• Manage relationships with third-party manufacturers and packaging suppliers.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
• Maintain purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and procurement records.

Inventory Management & Forecasting

• Analyze stock levels and monitor inventory movement regularly.
• Forecast purchase requirements based on past sales data, B2B demand, seasonal trends, and upcoming promotions.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
• Ensure stock readiness for platform-specific shipments and dispatch planning.
• Minimize stock shortages and excess inventory through effective planning.

Packaging & Coordination

• Coordinate packaging material procurement and inventory management.
• Ensure packaging quality and availability align with operational requirements.
• Work closely with manufacturers and packaging vendors for timely production and delivery schedules.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare inventory and procurement reports for management review.
• Conduct cost comparisons and maintain vendor performance records.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• PUC /Bachelor’s degree
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and forecasting techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Good analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of demand planning and stock forecasting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
