Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Operations Executive to manage and support day-to-day backend operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, handling documentation, monitoring operational processes, and ensuring smooth workflow execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle backend operational activities and process coordination.
  • Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of tasks.
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
  • Prepare MIS reports and operational status updates.
  • Support inventory, dispatch, billing, or service-related backend processes as required.
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper system updates.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
  • Address operational issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Required Skills:Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of ERP/software systems is preferred.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
