About the RoleWe are looking for a smart, confident, and proactive Female Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be capable of handling clients, generating leads, managing social media, and supporting daily business operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle client inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
• Post advertisements on job portals, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
• Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Create and publish marketing content, promotional posts, and business updates.
• Generate and maintain leads through online marketing and networking.
• Send daily reminders and follow-up messages to clients and prospects.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and maintain daily schedules.
• Maintain CRM or lead tracking records and prepare daily activity reports.
• Support business development initiatives and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks as required.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Experience with social media marketing and online advertising.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and job portals.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
• Preferred QualificationBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Relations, or Digital Marketing.
• Salary & ProbationProbation Period: First 3 months.
• Probation Salary: ₹10,000 per month.
• After Successful Completion of Probation: Salary will be revised to ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on individual performance, communication skills, and overall contribution.
