Job Description
The role focuses on building strategic tie-ups and driving sales and promotion of Closed Circuit AI solutions across specialized medical centers such as Gynecology clinics, IVF centers, and Pediatric hospitals. The candidate is expected to leverage an understanding of healthcare workflows to position the product as a value-adding solution that improves patient engagement, operational efficiency, and institutional visibility.
The primary responsibility involves identifying and connecting with decision-makers including doctors, clinic owners, hospital administrators, and center managers. The candidate will initiate conversations, understand the specific needs of each medical segment, and present the Closed Circuit AI solution in a way that aligns with their operational and patient communication requirements. This includes explaining how the product can support patient education, streamline communication, and enhance overall service delivery within the clinic or hospital.
In Gynecology and IVF centers, the role will emphasize promoting solutions that help in patient awareness, treatment journey communication, and engagement during sensitive and long-term care processes. In Pediatric centers, the focus will be on creating trust-driven communication channels with parents, improving information dissemination, and supporting child-care related services through structured digital interaction.
The candidate will be responsible for conducting product presentations and demonstrations through virtual or direct interactions, clearly articulating the benefits and practical use cases of the Closed Circuit system. Building long-term relationships with medical professionals and institutions is a key expectation, ensuring consistent follow-ups, addressing concerns, and maintaining a strong professional network within the healthcare ecosystem.
Additionally, the role includes end-to-end sales responsibility—from lead generation and initial outreach to negotiation and closure of tie-ups. The candidate must continuously track interactions, manage a structured sales pipeline, and ensure timely conversion of prospects into active clients. Post tie-up, the candidate may also support onboarding coordination and ensure a smooth transition for the medical center into using the solution.
