Business Development Executive (BDE)

The role focuses on driving tie-ups, sales, and promotion of Closed Circuit AI solutions across two key segments: Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs) and Real Estate Agents.

For RWAs, the candidate will connect with association members such as Presidents, Secretaries, and Committee Heads to understand community communication challenges. The responsibility includes presenting the product as a centralized platform for notices, announcements, alerts, and resident engagement. The candidate will conduct demos, explain practical use cases, and position the solution as a tool to improve coordination and transparency within the community. Continuous follow-ups, relationship building, and closing tie-ups with RWAs are key expectations.

For Real Estate Agents, the focus is on enabling agents to use the Closed Circuit platform for their own business growth. The candidate will onboard agents to use the product for showcasing properties, sharing updates with clients, and maintaining continuous engagement with buyers and tenants. The platform will be positioned as a value-added tool that helps agents improve communication, build trust, and differentiate themselves in the market. The candidate will also support agents in understanding and effectively using the system.

Overall, the role involves end-to-end sales responsibility including lead generation, product presentation, follow-ups, and closure, along with ensuring successful onboarding and usage of the solution in both segments.
