🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a target-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and promote our consulting services related to government schemes, funding, certifications, and compliance.
- 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through calls, meetings, and networking
- Pitch and sell services such as:
- Government funding & subsidies
- DPIIT Startup Certification & 80-IAC Tax Exemption
- MSME (Udyam) Registration
- Compliance & business setup services
- Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
- Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- 🧠 Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in sales/business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Basic understanding of startup ecosystem/government schemes (preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads
